Koala is described as an "opaque neutral grey"

In rod form, it actually does have a bluish cast, but that goes away when melted, for the most part. "Koala melted well in a moderate flame with no issues. You can see that the end of the rod has rings of colour ... suggesting it may be a striker, but the beads I made all came out a consistent colour [maybe something to bear in mind if you work it longer in the flame or even the soak time in the kiln perhaps?
