Important information for our EU customers.

With the late "Brexit" deal and lack of information we are seeing a lot of rumours and myths about ordering from UK suppliers (Tuffnells) and the "huge" charges that customers will incur when receiving their orders. As we have left the EU we no longer charge UK VAT on orders to our EU customers.To help you with your purchase we created a voucher for all our EU customers to use , simply enter  NOVAT as a code when you order from Tuffnells and the website will automatically deduct the UK VAT (20%) from your order . We organise all the paper work , customs documents and HS codes and arrange shipping as normal and when you receive your order you will will be charged your countries VAT as an import, in most cases this will be 20% the same as UK VAT so you will still get our same great prices.
