These Tungsten scoring knives will blow you away with their simply but excellent cutting technique. Using the corner edge of the square blade score a line on the rod where you would like it to break. Wet the score , its always works better wet and then holding the rod in both hands with your thumbs behind the score break the rod away from you, it will snap just like that. It will even do tube up to 44mm ,thin , medium and heavy wall although i would recommend scoring round the whole tube to get a neat finish.You have 4 edges per knife and a key to remove the tungsten and turn it around as it is long enough to offer another 4 edges.
