Oxy-con Service

Collection , service and delivery of your oxy-con

This is a service of your oxy-con ,we will arrange collection of the unit through Interlink Express at a time to suit you (Mon-Fri) . We will service the oxy-con , testing and replacing fans, filters , hoses and running fault finding tests to fix any faults and arrange delivery back to you . The full service needs 7 working days to be completed.We can service Devilbiss Sunrise and Companion models .

Oxy-con Splitter Kit

A Splitter kit that will allow you to use 2 oxygen concentrators on 1 torch , improving a Minor burner or simply running a bigger Mid-range,Mid-Range Plus and Lynx torch.

3mtr 8mm Poly Pipe

A 3 mtr length of clear hose to be used for oxy-cons only to fit between the torch and the oxy-con.

Sponge Filter

This filter measures 200m x 200mm square and is enough for 2 filters for the Devilbiss , 1 filter for the older Companion 492a and 590i .

You will need to cut the filter to size with scissors.

Cooling Fan

This cooling fan can be used on both Devilbiss and Companion 590i models . The most common signs that the cooling fan needs replacing is that the unit runs for between 4-5 minutes and then cuts out or that they are hot to touch on the sides or top of the oxy-con .They are easy to fit and we will gladly supply fitting instructions if you need them .

Box Filter

The filter fits both Devilbiss and Companion models and helps the unit to run more efficiently. Once the white part of the filter is dirty and black it will need changing .

Plastic Christmas Tree Connector

The plastic Christmas Tree connector will fit both Devilbiss and Companion 590i models and screws directly onto the oxy-con to connect the oxygen hose to the torch.
